Vision + Revision

Size: 1915 mm x 2505 mm
Medium: Stained Glass

Vision + Revision explores the metaphysics of desire through the language of stained glass- a medium that turns belief into radiance. In these works, floating crosses drift like illuminated prayers, suspended in a field of colour that shifts with every hour of light.

The artist draws from Christian mysticism, the philosophy of revision, and the classical notion that a prayer is realized the very moment its intention becomes wholehearted. Yet the pieces remain non- religious: the cross appears not as doctrine, but as a geometric symbol of alignment- the meeting of intention and grace.

Stained glass, with its rigid constraints and luminous possibilities, becomes the perfect vessel for this inquiry. It asks the viewer to consider how vision may falter, how desires evolve, and how even the most perfect manifestation can be revised into a new becoming. These works transform the static wall into a breathing plane of devotion, reflection, and quiet spiritual daring.
