Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price of any artwork.

All shipping, crating, packing, handling, insurance, and logistics are arranged on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the buyer, taking into account the nature of the artwork and the delivery destination.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and related costs. A separate shipping quotation will be provided and agreed upon prior to dispatch.

Shipping arrangements will be finalised only after full payment for both the artwork and the agreed shipping costs has been received.

Installation Guidance

For stained glass and architectural artworks, we may provide general guidance and recommendations regarding handling, placement, and installation, including coordination with the buyer’s architect, contractor, or installation specialist where appropriate. Installation services are not provided directly, and any guidance offered is advisory in nature.
